Consultancy Feasibility Study Renewable Energy Corridors Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for conducting feasibility study for identification of solar wind and geothermal energy corridors in Azad Jammu and Kashmir under single stage two envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS method in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 2017 amended and Procurement of Consultancy Regulations 2018. Technical and financial proposals are invited from consultants and joint ventures having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category. Request for Proposal documents containing Terms of References can be obtained on submission of written request valid PEC registration certificate and non refundable bank draft or pay order of PKR 5000. Blacklisted firms are not eligible and all bidders must provide affidavit confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with government entities in AJK federally administered areas or provinces of Pakistan. Bid security amounting to PKR 2000000 in the form of CDR Bank Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank is mandatory in technical bid otherwise proposal shall be rejected. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day after submission deadline in presence of consultant representatives. Financial proposals must include all applicable taxes in AJK.
