Establishment Information Communication Technology Infrastru Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for establishment of information communication technology infrastructure for video conferencing including supply installation and configuration of network infrastructure in specified floors and rooms under GM Admin Office at WAPDA House Lahore. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Public Procurement Rules 2004 using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested bidders and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on active taxpayer list of FBR are eligible to participate. Bid security amounting to PKR 330000 in the form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order Bank Guarantee or other financial instrument from scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of DGF B&C WAPDA is mandatory with technical proposal. Financial proposals shall be opened separately after technical evaluation and qualification. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before the closing deadline and no late bids shall be accepted. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rules.
