Construction Transmission Line Tower Foundations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for construction of raised tower foundations transmission line material shifting tower erection conductor stringing dismantling of existing tower structures and construction of road culvert at 132KV grid station and transmission line locations under GEPCO. Works include construction of EG plus 0 plus 8 meter raised tower foundations erection of raised towers welding of nuts and bolts stringing of rail conductors dismantling of existing tower structures and road culvert construction at Grid Station Sambrial. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Interested contractors having valid PEC registration under specified codes valid PRA registration sufficient turnover financial capacity and relevant transmission line and grid station experience are eligible to participate. Original bid security equal to 2 percent of BOQ cost in shape of Bank Draft Pay Order CDR or Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days is mandatory with technical bid. Successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance security after issuance of LOI. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted.
