Construction and completion of civil works including erection stringing testing and commissioning for protection measures of tower numbers 118 and 119 of 500kV transmission line; bidders must be licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category and meet eligibility criteria defined in bidding documents; national competitive bidding using single stage two envelope procedure will be applied with technical and financial proposals submitted separately through EPADS; bid security submission in original hard copy is mandatory before closing time; bids will be opened at 13:30 hours on the same day in presence of bidders; Pro Tip: ensure PEC licensing compliance technical documentation and bid security submission to avoid rejection
