Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore invites E-Bids for registration of fresh new vendors for supply of Drugs Medicines Surgical Disposables Medical Devices Goods Local Multinational Imported on day to day basis through Online Automated Local Purchase LPDD System deployed by Punjab Information Technology Board PITB. Vendors must be registered on E-PADS with active taxpayer status for year 2025-26 valid up to 30.09.2026 and possess Licensed Operational Pharmacy within maximum 10km radius of hospital. Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50000 is mandatory. E-Bids shall be submitted online through E-PADS and opened on same day at 10:30 AM.
