Cabinet Division Laptops Procurement 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Cabinet Division invites E-bids for Procurement of Laptops for FY 2025-26 through EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Security Declaration where applicable. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms conditions specifications and requirements are available on EPADS. Bidder registration and bid submission deadline is Thursday 21 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission shall not be entertained.
