Description
Procurement of laptops for Development of Online Statistical System in Punjab Project ITSOL-08 by Punjab Information Technology Board through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. PITB invites bids for Lot-1 consisting of 7 Laptops Ultra 7 with estimated total cost of Rs.3,150,000 and fixed bid security of Rs.63,000 and Lot-2 consisting of 3 Laptops Ultra 5 with estimated total cost of Rs.1,050,000 and fixed bid security of Rs.21,000. Separate technical and financial bids duly completed signed and stamped must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 hours and bids shall be opened same day at 11:30 hours. Tender documents are available free of cost on PITB and PPRA websites. Bidders must provide Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with all required documentation. PITB may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: IT vendors should upload complete signed technical and financial proposals early on EPADS to avoid last minute submission issues.
