Procurement of software licences for Fatima Jinnah Women University for financial year 2026-2027 through eight lots: Lot 1, MAXQDA Analytics Pro, estimated cost Rs. 660,000 and bid security Rs. 19,800; Lot 2, Adobe Creative Cloud 2026, estimated cost Rs. 44,200,000 and bid security Rs. 1,326,000; Lot 3, Stata 19, estimated cost Rs. 1,500,000 and bid security Rs. 45,000; Lot 4, E-Views 14, NVivo, SmartPLS Professional, QuickBooks Online Plus and Microsoft Power BI Pro, with the notice listing Rs. 5,960,000 and bid security Rs. 178,800 in the associated table; Lot 5, MATLAB and Microsoft Planner and Project Plan 3, with the notice listing Rs. 2,235,000; Lot 6, Lexis+, estimated cost Rs. 72,800 and bid security Rs. 2,184; Lot 7, ChatGPT, estimated cost Rs. 114,000 and bid security Rs. 3,420; and Lot 8, Claude Pro, estimated cost Rs. 342,000 and bid security Rs. 10,260. The notice also lists Rs. 67,050 near the Lot 4 and Lot 5 entries without clearly identifying its associated item. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be active tax filers. Bids must be submitted separately for each lot through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated price for each lot must be transferred online through the prescribed e-Procurement procedure in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, with GST shown separately where applicable, and remain valid for 90 days, extendable by another 30 days. Evaluation will be lot-wise under Rule 38-A of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and the technically compliant lowest evaluated bid will be accepted.
