Procurement of labware and consumables for the Research Department under a framework contract, with an estimated procurement value of PKR 15,410,968. The required quantities and scope of work are specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers, importers of manufacturers, and authorized representatives of manufacturers with verifiable authorization, registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount for each quoted item must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system; hard-copy bid security is not acceptable. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day shall be treated as the closing date.
