Framework procurement of labware and consumables for the research department of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. The estimated cost is Rs. 15,410,968, and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount for each lot as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors, manufacturer importers, and authorized representatives must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and with the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Hard copies of electronic bids and physical bid security are not accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A.
