Customs Building Civil Renovation Works Tender Notice
Description
Civil renovation works including interior and exterior phase III renovation at customs building facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-05-18 at Customs House Ground Floor Plot 24 G-9/1 Mauve Area Islamabad and bidders may send clarifications through EPADS two working days before the meeting. Bid security amounting to PKR 1,000,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening shall be conducted at 11:30 AM after submission deadline.
