Operational Vehicle Hiring Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of vehicle hiring services for operational requirements through Request for Proposal under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available on EPADS and bidders are required to submit bids electronically on EPADS as well as in hard form at designated office address. Tender document fee amounting to PKR 500 in shape of CDR bank draft or pay order in favor of SNGPL must be submitted before tender opening. Bid validity shall remain 60 days and bid opening shall be conducted at 11:30 AM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: Vehicle rental firms should ensure EPADS compliance timely hard copy submission and complete commercial documentation for responsive participation.
