Construction and restoration works under CM Initiative for Provision of Missing Facilities in Colleges ADP No.90/2025-26 including construction and restoration of boundary walls installation of razor cut wire at Govt. Associate College Choti Zareen Tehsil Kot Chutta District D.G.Khan - construction and restoration of boundary walls installation of razor cut wire at Govt. Graduate College Shah Saddar Din District D.G.Khan - repair and renovation works for Govt. Associate College Block 17 District D.G.Khan - repair and renovation works for Govt. Associate College Boys Choti Zareen Tehsil Kot Chutta District D.G.Khan. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category or above are eligible to participate through E-Tendering system in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and latest amendments. Bidders are required to register and submit bids online on item rate basis through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Scanned copies of Call Deposit Receipt equal to 5 percent of estimated cost must be uploaded and original CDRs submitted before opening time. Financial bids with incomplete BOQs or blank rate analysis pages will be treated as non-responsive. Bid opening will take place on 20.05.2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of participating contractors and tender opening committee. Quality Assurance Security and Performance Guarantee conditions shall apply for bids below DNIT rates and works exceeding prescribed financial limits. Estimated costs include Rs.13,889,000 with earnest money Rs.695,000 - Rs.5,093,000 with earnest money Rs.255,000 - Rs.10,951,000 with earnest money Rs.548,000 - Rs.8,600,000 with earnest money Rs.431,000. Completion period for all works is 06 months.
