Procurement of construction, repair, renovation and maintenance works including - repair and maintenance of miscellaneous residential and non-residential accommodation - construction of lavatory blocks, POL stores, kote buildings and guard rooms - construction of miscellaneous works - major, minor, abnormal, renovation and maintenance works - upgradation of electrical and sewerage works - miscellaneous building and road works, water supply systems, filtration plants, Sui gas works, external services, boundary walls and deposit works - sewerage works, upgradation of external services, road works, boundary walls, deposit works and FGEI building works - supply of bazaar materials for building and road works, electrical and mechanical items and water supply items - term contract works for building and road works, water supply, Sui gas, external electrical and internal electrical works. Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rules 13(1) of 2014. Contractors shall submit applications for issuance of tender documents together with complete credentials, relevant experience and required documents. Tender documents shall only be issued to scrutinized firms meeting the prescribed requirements. Contractors shall submit a certificate confirming that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no inspection report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is pending. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and borne on the approved MES list in Category B, C, D and above with relevant experience are eligible. Tenders shall be received by 11:30 hours on 20 August 2026 and opened at 12:00 hours on the same date in the presence of interested contractors.
