Desktop Computers Ups Installation Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computers including installation related services and UPS for IT labs in selected schools of District Hafizabad through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Eligible manufacturers distributors authorized dealers firms companies and sole proprietors registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement includes supply installation commissioning and related services for 117 desktop computers and UPS units with estimated amount of Rs.23,400,000 and bid security of Rs.468,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted. Complete electronic bids along with required documents must be submitted through E-PADS before 02.06.2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened electronically on same date at 11:30 AM. Original bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer DEA Hafizabad must be physically deposited before tender closing time otherwise bid shall not be processed.
