Rehabilitation Sullage Carrier Disposal Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of sullage carrier disposal works at Dhanote Tehsil Kehror Pacca District Lodhran through sealed bids submitted on E-PADS under single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Estimated project cost is Rs.7.612 million and bids must be accompanied by required bid security in shape of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Chief Officer District Council Lodhran. Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost from PPRA website and EPADS portal. Bids shall be submitted electronically up to 20.05.2026 at 2:00 PM and opened on same date at 2:30 PM in presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Participating contractors are required to quote rates in figures and words on percentage or item rate basis. Lowest bidders quoting below estimated cost shall deposit additional performance security within 15 days of notice otherwise bid security shall be forfeited. Contractors awarded work shall conduct required quality control tests at their own expense. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure accurate percentage quotations and timely submission of additional performance security where applicable to avoid forfeiture of bid security.
