Cleanliness Screening Debris Removal Historic Site Tender Notice
Description
Cleanliness screening and removal of debris works lying beside historic wall of Asif Jan Tomb and lawns at Shahdara Complex through E-Tendering under EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council at least in category C-6 and specialized code BC-02 with relevant conservation project experience are eligible to participate. Estimated project cost is Rs.4,805,160 with earnest money amounting to Rs.96,103 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost and completion period of 04 months. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted and bidders are required to upload scanned copies of technical bid financial bid and bid security through EPADS. Online item-wise rates must be submitted by 21.05.2026 before 02:00 PM and rates shall be announced on same date at 02:30 PM. Original Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Director General WCLA must be submitted before closing time otherwise bid shall be disqualified. Submission of fake bid security or false information shall result in disqualification and legal action through PEC and PPRA. Pro Tip: Conservation contractors should ensure complete EPADS registration and upload detailed item-wise financial quotations with valid original earnest money documents.
