Procurement It Disposable Endoscopy Equipment Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT items for endoscopy centers and disposable items for endoscopy equipment under ADP Scheme Strengthening of Gastroenterology Services in Punjab through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers sole agents and authorized agents of foreign principals registered with e-PADS and relevant tax authorities may participate. Procurement includes IT items for endoscopy centers with estimated cost of Rs.13.962 million and disposable items for endoscopy equipment with estimated cost of Rs.217.164 million under FOR DDP mode. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS before 21.05.2026 at 02:00 PM and bids shall be opened on same date at 02:30 PM. Bid security equal to 1 percent of estimated cost in shape of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee Call Deposit Receipt Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted before opening time. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from bid opening date and items must be quoted with brand and model names in technical and financial proposals. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 07.05.2026 at 11:00 AM in Committee Room of SHC&ME Department. Pro Tip: Suppliers should upload complete technical and financial proposals with original bid security and detailed branded specifications before EPADS deadline for responsive evaluation.
