Hiring Agricultural Labour Okra Picking Services Tender Notice

Hiring services of agricultural labour for picking and plucking of mature okra fruits on area of 45.50 acres through open competitive online bidding under single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Punjab Seed Corporation Khanewal invites electronic proposals through EPADS for labour services related to agricultural harvesting activities. Estimated project price is Rs.1,638,000 with bid security amounting to Rs.81,900 and performance security amounting to Rs.81,900 equal to 5 percent of estimated price. Proposals must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened online on same date at 11:30 AM. Original bid security in shape of Bank Guarantee Pay Order or CDR in favor of Punjab Seed Corporation must be submitted before deadline. Bids shall include all applicable taxes including Income Tax GST and PRA PST. Firms must provide undertaking that they have never been blacklisted by Punjab Seed Corporation and possess valid NTN and PRA registration. Bid validity shall remain 60 days from submission deadline.
