Supply Installation Medical Furniture Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply installation commissioning and maintenance of imported medical furniture package on DAP basis for establishment of 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges at District Layyah and District Attock through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.75 million with bid security amounting to Rs.1,500,000 and bid validity of 180 days. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS and registered bidders may download RFP documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions from EPADS and PPRA websites. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 03:30 PM and technical proposals shall be opened on same day at 04:00 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Medical furniture suppliers should upload complete DAP based technical and financial proposals with valid bid security and maintenance specifications before EPADS deadline.
