Description
Procurement of Liquid Nitrogen LN2 through framework contract for fiscal year 2026-27 under annual regular budget non-development on FOR basis from well reputed manufacturing firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Directorate of Breed Improvement L&DD Department Punjab Lahore requires approximately 600000 liters of liquid nitrogen with minimum purity 99 percent for freezing preservation and storage of bovine semen at minus 196 degree centigrade. Estimated procurement amount is Rs.80 million and bid security equivalent to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of call deposit receipt from scheduled bank in favor of Director Breed Improvement L&DD Punjab Lahore is mandatory. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be applied through EPADS and bidders must upload signed and stamped documents before 25.05.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals shall be opened on same date at 11:30 AM while financial proposals of technically responsive bidders shall be opened on 03.06.2026 at 11:00 AM in presence of bidder representatives.
