Procurement for FY 2026-27 covering hospital signages, stationery items, sanitary items, printing material, new toners, miscellaneous disposables, housekeeping and sterilization items, hardware items, Central Sterile Supply Department consumables, biomedical accessories and consumables, bedding, clothing, linen, staff uniforms and window blinds, outsourcing of security services, liquid oxygen and refilling of oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide and CO2 cylinders and related items, electrical items, outsourcing of conservancy and janitorial services, hospital infectious waste management, IT equipment and accessories, patient queue management system, new fire extinguisher cylinders and refilling and related items, and surgical instrument sets for operation theaters. Bid security ranges from PKR 100,000 to PKR 500,000 depending on the procurement, with security amounts specified against each item. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled for the listed procurement groups, and Single Stage-Single Envelope procurement is specified for the applicable tenders. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with EPADS; firms bidding for non-consulting services must also be registered with KPRA under Rule 37-A of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid securities must be submitted through a scheduled Pakistani bank from an account maintained in the participating entity's name in favour of the Project Director, with scanned copies uploaded on EPADS and original CDR or bid security delivered to the procuring office. Pay Orders are not accepted. Bids and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS, while bids by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not accepted.
