Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items including SSP - dialysis unit items and medicines - medical gases - stationery items - general store items - printing items - linen items - laboratory items - dental items - X-Ray items - IT equipment and accessories. Estimated costs range from Rs. 1,000,000 to Rs. 4,000,000 per lot, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Eligible firms and agencies must have a valid Retail Drug Sale License Form 9 for medicines and surgical supplies, while experienced suppliers, companies and authorized distributors may participate for other categories. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and submitted through the e-Procurement Portal in the prescribed form. Bids must comply with specified rules and mode, and taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules.
