Framework contract for day-to-day local purchase of Medicines and Medical Devices for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pharmacy Form-9 License issued by the competent authority and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 15,000,000 with bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 750,000. Procurement shall use Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents shall be available electronically, and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted by 29 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required and applicable taxes and stamp duty will be deducted under government rules.
