Framework Contract For Medicines And Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of Local Purchase LP medicines, surgical and disposable items, medical devices, dialysis medicines and Zakat medicines on item-wise basis. Bids are invited from well reputed firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System in relevant categories. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 07 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bidders must complete, sign and stamp the required bidding documents and submit original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib. The successful bidder must provide a 2% performance guarantee of the total contract value. Item rates must include applicable Government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered or doubtful bids will be rejected. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024. Relevant terminology includes medicines, pharmaceuticals, surgical supplies, disposable medical items, medical devices, dialysis medicines and Zakat medicines.
