Procurement Of Medicines And Medical Disposables Tender Notice

Khyber Medical University Hospital & Research Center, Peshawar invites sealed tenders through E-PADS from manufacturers importers and authorized dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR for procurement of medicines and disposables for financial year 2026-27. The procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding under KPPRA Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Framework Contract procedure under Rule 31-A. Bidders must upload scanned bids on EPADS and submit one hard copy of the technical bid by the deadline. Bid solicitation documents contain category-wise bid securities, evaluation criteria and other terms. Bid security of 2 percent in the form of CDR in favor of KMU Hospital Security account must be uploaded on EPADS and submitted in original with company letterhead before the submission deadline, failing which the bid will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted by 27 August 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
