Framework Contract for day-to-day local purchase of medicines and surgical or disposable items including medicines for CM Special Initiative Program Dialysis for financial year 2026-27, with free delivery to consignees end basis. The estimated cost is Rs. 80 million and bid security is 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with the requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and quantities may be downloaded without fee from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner and no physical financial instrument such as CDR or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bidders must submit bids in the prescribed format with proper page numbering, checklist, table of contents and duly signed and stamped pages, including only documents specifically required in the bidding documents.
