Framework contracts for THQ Hospital City Talagang for financial year 2026-2027 covering purchase of local medicines, surgical disposable items and devices with an estimated cost of 15 million and purchase of medical gases with an estimated cost of 6.0 million. Bid security is 2 percent of the estimated cost for each contract. Eligible bidders must have active FBR or PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA in accordance with the Punjab Health and Population Department policy and PPRA Rules. For the local purchase of medicines and surgical items, the bidder must have a valid CDSL issued on Form 09 and must not be outside Chakwal District. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Bids are due on 29 August 2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day.
