Framework Contract For Medicines And Surgical Disposable Ite Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of day-to-day local purchase medicines including multinational and national pharmaceutical products and surgical disposable items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of approximately Rs. 16,000,000. Bidders must possess a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License, be registered with the relevant authorities, and hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. Bidding shall be conducted through an open competitive Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System only, while the original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be delivered to the office of the Procurement Officer before the closing time. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules and no manual bids or negotiations shall be entertained.
