Procurement for the financial year 2026-27 of Local Purchase of Drugs/Medicine for Hospital, Local Purchase of Drugs/Medicines for Sehat Card, Local Purchase of Drugs/Medicines for Zakat, Medical Gas Oxygen Gas, Instrument/Equipment including Urology and Main OT items, Surgical and Anesthesia Items, Repair of Equipment/Instrument, Dental Chemicals and Items, Contingency Washing Items, Bedding Clothing, Stationery, Purchase/Repair of Furniture and Fixture, X-ray Films, ECG Roll/ETT/ECHO, Lab Reagents/Chemicals, Printing Items, and Office Building Minor Civil Work. Procurement for Serial Nos. 1 to 3 is through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, while Serial Nos. 4 to 17 are through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through KP-EPADS and manual bids are not accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Government DHQ Teaching Hospital Swabi Conference Hall. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA where applicable. The call deposits required are Rs.200,000 for hospital drugs and medicines, Rs.200,000 for Sehat Card medicines, Rs.100,000 for Zakat medicines, Rs.50,000 for medical gas, Rs.100,000 for instruments/equipment, Rs.50,000 for surgical and anesthesia items, Rs.100,000 for equipment/instrument repair, Rs.100,000 for dental chemicals and items, Rs.50,000 for contingency washing items, Rs.100,000 for bedding clothing, Rs.50,000 for stationery, Rs.50,000 for furniture and fixture purchase/repair, Rs.50,000 for X-ray films, Rs.50,000 for ECG Roll/ETT/ECHO, Rs.200,000 for laboratory reagents/chemicals, Rs.50,000 for printing items and Rs.50,000 for minor civil works. Only technically qualified bidders for Serial Nos. 1 to 3 proceed to financial evaluation. Bid validity is 60 days from opening, quoted rates remain valid until 30 June 2027, and the successful bidder must execute a contract agreement on prescribed E-Stamp paper. Hospital medicines, pharmaceuticals, oxygen gas, surgical supplies, anesthesia items, medical equipment, dental supplies, laboratory reagents, diagnostic films, stationery, furniture, printing and minor civil works are relevant procurement terminology derived directly from the notice.
