Bidding documents can be downloaded online by EPADS-registered firms from the active tender list. Mandatory documents must be uploaded as a single PDF file and original CDRs submitted in sealed envelope; late, unsigned, incomplete, ambiguous, non-compliant or blacklisted bidders may be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must be registered with FBR and the applicable authorities and provide relevant certificates. Quotations must be computer typed and printed on official letterhead, signed and stamped, with rates in words and figures. Bidders must quote their best and final unit prices and highest possible discount on MRP because negotiations are not allowed under KPPRA Rules 2014, and applicable taxes will be deducted according to rules. Rates remain valid until 30 June 2027 under KPPRA Rule 31(A) Framework Contract and are extendable. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and original CDRs delivered to the Medical Superintendent Office by 11:00 AM on 03 September 2026. Bids will be opened through EPADS at 11:30 AM on 03 September 2026 in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday or emergency, the next working day will be the tender opening day. The competent authority may accept or reject any bid under KPPRA Rule 47(I).
