Local purchase of medicines and surgical items for Zakat, Bait-ul-Mal and the Social Services Medical Center PHQ Hospital Gilgit for Financial Year 2026-27. Sealed tender documents are invited from well reputed registered firms and suppliers. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Social Services Medical Center PHQ Hospital Gilgit. A call deposit of 2% of the tendered amount must be submitted through a bank draft from a scheduled bank in the name of the Social Welfare Officer. An affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted by any government, semi-government organization or PPRA must accompany the tender. Bidders for local purchase of medicines must possess a medical license and Form-C for medicine supply and maintain a medical shop within 500 meters of PHQ Hospital Gilgit, which may be physically verified by the procurement committee. The highest bid is considered accepted for national and multinational medicines and surgical items. Late tenders will not be considered, and required documents must be attested.
