Maintenance Repair Agriculture Offices Jhang Tender Notice

Maintenance and repair works for offices of Assistant Director Agriculture Engineering Jhang Deputy Director Agriculture Extension Department Jhang and Assistant Director Agriculture Extension Jhang through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Punjab Building Department invites engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website. Each scheme carries estimated cost of Rs.1,000,000 with earnest money of Rs.50,000 and completion period up to 20.06.2026. Contractors must upload scanned copy of call deposit receipt amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhang and submit original CDR before bid opening. Bids shall be uploaded before 20.05.2026 at 12:30 PM and opened on same date at 01:00 PM in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 amended and incomplete unsigned unstamped or percentage based bids shall be declared non responsive. Pro Tip: Contractors should quote item wise rates directly on downloaded DNIT BOQ forms and submit properly signed stamped and complete EPADS bids with valid PEC registration.
