Outsourcing Security Services Cardiology Sahiwal Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology Sahiwal for financial year 2026-27 through E-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Executive Director Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology invites bids from eligible firms having established technical financial and managerial credentials. Estimated tender cost is Rs.30,000,000 with mandatory bid security of Rs.600,000 equivalent to 2 percent of estimated cost. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals shall be opened same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security shall be submitted in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Bank Draft or Pay Order issued in favor of Executive Director Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology Sahiwal and must originate from company official account. Original financial instrument with company letterhead and tender details must be physically submitted before e-bid opening in addition to uploaded soft copy.
