Operation And Maintenance Services For Hydropower Complexes Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of operator services for operation and maintenance of 81MW Malakand-III Hydropower Complex District Malakand and 18MW Pehur Hydropower Complex District Swabi under Single Stage Two Envelope QCBS procedure. Eligible local bidders must possess valid PEC category O-1 or O-2 licenses while foreign bidders may participate only through joint venture with Pakistani operators. Separate bids and bid securities are required for each package. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and FBR. Bidding documents are available upon payment of non-refundable fee of PKR 5000 per package. Pre-bid meeting for both packages will be held on 18-05-2026 at 11:00 Hrs at PEDO House Hayatabad Peshawar. Bid security amounting to 2% of bid cost in shape of bank draft or bank guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date is mandatory. Electronic submission through EPADS and sealed hard copies are required. Technical bids for Package-I will open on 09-06-2026 at 11:30 Hrs and Package-II at 12:30 Hrs. Pro Tip: Operators bidding for multiple packages should prepare separate complete submissions and securities for each package.
