Answer Sheets Continuation Sheets Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of answer sheets and continuation sheets through EPAD system under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 and EPAD regulations 2025. Eligible firms and contractors registered with sales tax income tax and KPPRA are invited to participate. Tender fee of PKR 2000 is non-refundable and bid security of 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Trade Testing Board is mandatory. Original CDR must be submitted before tender opening along with affidavit confirming placement of original bid security in financial proposal. Electronic bid submission through E-PADS and scanned uploads are compulsory. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee for one year. Bids will open on 21-05-2026 at 12:00 PM. Pro Tip: Bidders should upload scanned bids on EPADS and separately submit original CDR documents before opening time.
