Improvement Of Streets Through Pavement Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement of streets through PCC pavement in VC Mankial Tehsil Bahrain Bar Swat under MRS-2025 and Non-MRS items through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible government contractors registered with PEC Local Council Board KPPRA enlisted with C&W Department and active FBR and KPRA status for financial year 2025-2026 are invited to participate. Bid security in favour of Administration VC Mankial Tehsil Bahrain District Bar Swat is mandatory and original bid securities along with signed bidding documents must be delivered before closing time. Rates may be quoted above below or at par with engineer estimate while additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply for bids below estimate. Contractors must upload scanned bid documents through EPADS and may attend bid opening personally or through representatives. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and all applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bid opening will be held on 25-05-2026 at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Contractors quoting below estimate rates should attach detailed rate analysis and additional securities where applicable to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
