Road Resurfacing Drain And Street Pavement Works Tender Notice

Electronic bids are invited for resurfacing, construction and black top road works, road furnishing with drains, pavement, tuff tiles and PCC street pavement with drains in Peshawar-II under Hydro Power Generating District Development Projects ADP No: 1741/250728(2025-26). Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS system. Eligible firms and bidders must be enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 and above. Bid security of 2% in shape of Call Deposit Receipt from scheduled bank along with stamp duty and bid entry fee at 0.03% of estimated cost is mandatory. Electronic bidding will be conducted on Above/Below system based on BOQ and Engineer Estimate under applicable MRS. Technical and financial proposals along with affidavit regarding authenticity of bid security, machinery ownership documents, technical staff details, financial audit reports, tax return certificates and completed work orders are required. Financial bids will be opened after approval of technical evaluation. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-01 at 11:00 AM in the office of C&W Highway Division-II Peshawar. Complete bid documents can be obtained on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.4000 before 2026-06-03.
