Resurfacing And Road Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for resurfacing construction black topping and furnishing of roads with drains including pavement tuff tiles PCC street pavement and drainage works in Peshawar-II under Hydro Power Generating District Development Projects ADP No 1741/250728 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 and above. Technical and financial proposals including bid security stamp duty and bid entry fee shall be submitted before deadline. Technical evaluation shall follow pass fail criteria based on PEC registration enlistment tax compliance relevant experience technical personnel machinery audit reports and financial soundness. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at C&W Highway Division-II Peshawar. Financial bids shall be opened after technical approval from competent authority.
