Water Supply Schemes Solarization Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction rehabilitation installation and solarization works for drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in newly merged districts and Lakki Area Development Project including solarization and installation of pressure pumps in FR Bettani and various villages of District Lakki Marwat street pavements in UC Isak Khel annual repair and maintenance of civil works in Tehsil Lakki Tehsil Naurang and Tehsil Ghazni Khel. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for selected schemes and Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for remaining schemes in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must possess active EPADS KPPRA PEC KPRA and FBR registration. Bidders must submit 2% bid security and additional security where applicable with detailed rate analysis for bids below estimate. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM at XEN Office Lakki Marwat. Applicable taxes and all KPPRA PEC and SBD rules shall apply. Bid opening will be conducted on 25-05-2026 at 2:00 PM in presence of bidders or representatives. Pro Tip: Contractors quoting rates below estimated cost should prepare detailed rate analysis and additional security documents to avoid bid rejection.
