Water Supply Sanitation And Street Development Works Tender Notice

Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes including sanitation schemes at multiple union councils - installation of hand pumps and pressure pumps - water supply schemes (WSS) - solar based drinking water supply schemes - solarization of existing water supply schemes and boundary walls - construction of street pavements - drains - PCC roads - retaining walls and related infrastructure works across various locations in District Buner under ADP No. 171/251120 (2025-26). Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration with CE-09 and CE-10 codes, valid Provincial Enlistment Committee registration for 2025-26, KPRA registration and active taxpayer status. Earnest money and stamp duty as specified against each work shall be submitted in the form of call deposit. Bid security and additional security shall be deposited as per applicable KPPRA notifications. Original bids must be submitted through courier. Bid opening will take place on 2026-06-30 at 12:30 PM in the presence of participating bidders or authorized representatives. Incomplete or non-compliant bids shall be rejected.
