District and Sessions Judge Muzaffargarh invites e-bids through EPADS for procurement of office stationery computer stationery printing and publication material IT equipment and machinery items for financial year 2025-2026. Procurement includes white paper reams shorthand copies toner cartridges HP printer cartridges index forms summon forms registers computers UPS printers scanners CCTV cameras hard drives NVR POE switches photocopy machines water dispensers air conditioners chillers LED televisions and gym items. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may participate. Bidders must submit original CDR bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost of each lot along with affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status before submission deadline. Only technically approved bids shall qualify for financial opening. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Pro Tip: Complete lot-wise quotations with all required registration documents and affidavits must be uploaded on EPADS.
