It Equipment Machinery Articles Procurement Tender Notice

Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Faisalabad invites e-bids for procurement of IT equipment and machinery articles for Civil Courts Faisalabad for financial year 2025-2026 under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and all rates must include GST and PST valid till 30-06-2026. Bidders shall submit bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR through registered post before bid deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Delivery timelines shall be according to purchase orders. Pro Tip: Ensure timely submission of original bid security in Accounts Branch before electronic bid deadline.
