Hardware It Equipment And Machinery Procurement Tender Notice

District and Sessions Judge Faisalabad invites e-bids for procurement of hardware IT equipment and machinery items for financial year 2025-2026 through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes hardware items IT equipment and machinery articles. Eligible experienced and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and rates must include GST and Income Tax valid till 30-06-2026. Bidders are required to submit original bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR before submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Delivery timelines shall be according to purchase orders.
