Uniform Articles Procurement Tender Notice
Description
District and Sessions Judge Sheikhupura invites e-bids for procurement of uniform articles under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure for financial year 2025-2026. Eligible well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied with refundable bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of CDR submitted before deadline through courier. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of total contract value in shape of CDR cashier cheque or pay order. Bidders are required to submit technical samples of all quoted items on technical opening date for evaluation and participation with submitted samples is mandatory. False information fake CDRs unsigned or unstamped bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: Submit all required samples and registration certificates with technical proposal to avoid disqualification.
