Desilting Syphon Girls Degree College Tender Notice
Description
Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through E-PADS from contractors registered for financial year 2025-2026 having valid PEC license for desilting of syphon near Girls Degree College Iqbal Pura Sangla Hill. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and accompanied with bid security in shape of CDR or pay order in favour of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sangla Hill. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of estimated cost within fifteen days after opening of tender. Incomplete unfilled fake or forged bids shall be rejected and blacklisting action may be initiated. Work execution shall remain subject to availability of funds. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload scanned bid security and submit original CDR before bid closing time.
