Construction works under CM initiative of Missing Facilities in Colleges including construction of classrooms washrooms and provision of furniture for Government Graduate College for Women Bosan Road Multan Government Willayat Hussain Islamia Graduate College Multan Government Zainab Graduate College for Women Multan Government Graduate College for Women Shah Rukn-e-Alam Multan Government Millat Graduate College Mumtazabad Multan and Government Graduate College for Women Chungi No.14 Multan under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS. Interested PEC registered engineering companies firms joint ventures and contractors with valid 2025-26 registration are eligible to participate. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of bid amount. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and completely fill DNIT BOQ rate analysis summary and sub-summary forms. Incomplete or fake submissions may result in rejection and blacklisting.
