Procurement of furniture and fixtures for FJWU Campus-I including executive chairs and tables ceremonial chairs and tables auditorium chairs office and departmental furniture furniture for TV studio executive sofas blinds and chiks racks cabinets almirahs library furniture fine arts and computer arts furniture and classroom furniture. E-bids are invited from active tax filer firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and evaluation shall follow Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated lot price in shape of Demand Draft Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi is mandatory and soft copy must be attached with EPAD submission while original security shall be submitted physically before opening time. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at purchase office. Tender documents are available on EPAD Punjab PPRA and university websites free of cost. Procuring authority reserves right to reject all bids before acceptance.
