Procurement of furniture and fixtures for FJWU Campus-I including executive chairs and tables ceremonial chairs and tables auditorium chairs office and department furniture TV studio furniture executive sofas blinds and chiks racks cabinets almirahs library furniture fine arts and computer arts furniture and classroom furniture. E-bids are invited from bidders registered with income tax and sales tax departments and active tax filers. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and evaluation shall be carried out under Rule 38-A on technically compliant and lowest evaluated basis. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost lot wise in the shape of demand draft pay order or call deposit receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi is mandatory and soft copy must be attached with technical proposal while original bid security must be submitted before tender opening. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-05-14 at 11:00 hours at the Purchase Office. E-bids must be submitted only through E-PADS and offers through courier hand delivery or mail shall not be accepted. Bid validity shall remain for 90 days extendable for another 30 days.
