Procurement Of Furniture Gps Devices And Air Conditioners Tender Notice
Description
Conservator of Forests Development and Working Plan Circle Lahore invites e-bids through EPADS for procurement of furniture handheld GPS devices for monitoring and 1.5 ton air conditioners under development scheme titled Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department during financial year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible registered firms manufacturers authorized dealers and suppliers having valid Sales Tax Income Tax and Professional Trade Tax registration may participate. Bidders must submit hard copy bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in favour of Conservator of Forests Development and Working Plan Circle Lahore in addition to soft copy uploaded on EPADS. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later. Pro Tip: Bidder must qualify in all items of a lot otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
